Is there anybody out there doing an undergrad biology major?

are there any professors from the grad schools teaching undergrad biology? and what about in general? do professors from grad schools teach some undergrad courses as well?

There are many classes that both grad and undergrad students can take. So you are likely to have some grad students in your more advanced classes.
There is no division to "grad" and "undergrad" professors.
