Add my name to this list of hopefuls because I applied early too. This is my first ever post on this website so I'll really wish I could say an adage of epic proportions but I guess this will have to do: I think that every one here who applied early has something that many in this world don't have and that's confidence. Whether we get in or not, I know we are all destined to make out mark (hopefully in a positive way) in this world and I wish everyone luck! To be honest I'm only sounding optimistic to hide how anxious and nervous this entire college app process is making me. Good Luck to all!
I'm going to say Boise is underrated, but I'm biased because I think that school is awesome and have been following their sports semi-closely for a few years.
Keeping this thread alive is a good idea....we have to do something until the 15th.
Boise is overrated, their schedule is far easier than Iowa's or TCU's, hwoever, the Broncos deserve a BCS Bowl if they win out. I see that you asked about the BCS, and I was talking about the AP one, sorry I haven't seen the current BCS yet.
To stay on topic, am I the only one here applying here early from Europe? And, how many Europeans are there at Stanford? I guess that most of the internationals are Asian or Latino, but don't really know.

On one hand, I agree. It'd be awesome to have all us SCEAers hang out until decisions come.
On the other hand... Time's probably gonna pass a lot quicker if we just forget the whole thing! Haha.
If I recall correctly, decisions actually came out last year on December 12th. Since that's a Saturday this year, maybe we can hope for the 11th? Who knows. I kind of wish they would just tell me now, even if it's a rejection...
i wish stanford could do rolling and let us know their decision immediately after they've read our apps, because then the suspense wouldn't take 10 years off of our lives. :P
<-----From Boise (the fiesta bowl was probably the greatest thing that has ever happened to our town)
@Prussia are you really going to be able to forget? :P
@Rajna the impression I get is Stanford isn't terribly international friendly, however, those that apply international seem to come from all over, and I wouldn't say they are selective in that respect.
