University or Intern?

I currently attend Sciences Po, a three-year social sciences university in France in which it is mandatory to either study abroad or intern for your third (final) year before receiving your Bachelor's degree. If you had the choice, would you study abroad in Hong Kong or intern (Capitol Hill - John Kerry, White House, UN - Genocide Unit - NYC).

I want to either become a politician or work for the UN after Graduate School.

Keep in mind that either way, I will have to pay my tuition of ~ $5,500 USD + living costs.

Intern. It will allow you to make contacts that will enhance your job prospects when you do graduate.
