King's College vs Queen Mary

I've been accepted to both King's College and Queen Mary University in London for fall next year study abroad and I have NO idea which to pick.

I'm currently an economics major, studio art correlate at Vassar College.

I know King's doesn't have much of an econ department but I only need to take one class in econ. However, Queen Mary has more variety in econ.

Help?

The area surrounding the main campus of Queen Mary in Mile End is grim. The vast majority of the rest of London is much much nicer. For that reason I would choose Kings.
