Where to study abroad?

I want to study abroad next spring and I wanted some people's opinions on which city/country would give me the best experience. I'm a finance major, but I'm not necessarily looking for the best finance city. My choices are Prague, Budapest, London, Hong Kong, and Sydney.

Any thoughts? Right now I'm leaning towards Prague or Budapest. Thanks!

ARGENTINA!!! for the price, you can't go wrong, it's europe without the cost, beautiful women, great parties, SPECTACULAR food. it's cool i'd suggest it, especially for an economics oriented trip, since so much is going on down there for economics.

Well I personally think London would be really cool, but living in Hong Kong or Sydney would probably be amazing(although Hong Kong could get annoying if you only speak english).

If I had to choose it would either be Spain or Portugal with Portugal as the winner.
