School for International Training (SIT) or Semester at Sea

Anyone with any experience with either program? I'm spending a full year abroad so I'd like to do some kind of combination between SIT's Mexico or Bolivia programs and Semester at Sea. I will be finished with my first major (of 3) by the end of this year and about one course off from my 2nd, so that's not an issue for me.

Anyone have any experience with either?
