UK Study Abroad

Hi my name is Jess and I would like to reach out to anyone who has any questions about studying abroad in the UK. I work on behalf of Education UK to help give advice about studying in the UK. I am a currently a student at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY. I am a major in Economics and a triple minor in Public Policy Studies, Environmental Studies, and American Studies. Please let me know if you have any questions. I wish I knew how to set up a cheap phone service when I was abroad; I would suggest researching this before you go so that you can have it set up before you arrive.

Hey Jess, do you have a personal email address or something so that I can discuss this stuff with you? Or just PM me on here, and let me know what times you're usually online n' stuff. I seriously need to discuss all of this with an expert. Thanks again, sweets!

I HAD a question in the above thread that I posted in here.... but I've pretty much changed my mind on studying in The UK. Thanks for reaching out to people who are interested and need help, though. That was a very kind thing to do. Wish more people would be as thoughtful.

What changed your mind? I would definitely recommend at least doing one year abroad in the UK because you will always wonder what it would have been like and you will most likely never have another opportunity to study in another country. If you were that hesitant, I don't recommend doing two years there and graduating from the UK University because it sounds like you want to maybe remain in Texas and, if that is the case, most companies within Texas will recognize the University you are currently at.
