I went to Egypt over the summer with NSLI and I'm reapplying for Arabic again. Yesterday on the news I heard about some smaller protests in Morocco and Jordan. At this point I'm wondering whether the Arabic program can happen.

someone on ExchangesConnect called NSLI-Y and they said that all programs were on track meaning none had been cancelled or altered.

I just emailed them. Apparently Egypt has been suspended but Morocco and Jordan are still on.

Does anyone remember the website that applications were filled out on? I know you can't go change them but I remember you can see it. I have no idea what my choices were for programs. Also, I applied for a three week program in Jordan that would end July 13th, does anyone know when the NSLI-Y programs usually start? Would I have a change to do both?

You would definitely not have a chance to do both programs. NSLI-Y Programs start in late June and continue until early August.

Hi, I was recently accepted into another program that requires that I submit an acceptance form in the next 12 days or so...
Do you think NSLI will reply by then? If not do you think I could email them and ask..?
Does anyone know how binding these acceptance forms are? Like if I submitted it but then heard back from NSLI would I be able to change my decision?
