Free Physics Residential Programs

Hi, I'm looking for a summer program that:

-is free/low cost (fewer than $2000) dollars
-is residential for 2+ weeks
-has a research focus
-is focused on physics, engineering or astronomy
-has motivated students interested in science

I know that it is April and that it is really late for most of the good programs, but I applied to two programs with these criteria earlier and didn't get in (>.<) Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Information about me:
-Rising Senior, 16 years old
-97.5 GPA
-2000 SAT
-NJ resident
-I have previous research experience (Rutgers Astrophysics Institute) and I'm an active member of FIRST robotics

I'm also looking for a prestigious program, but not one that you have to be a genius to get in to (like RSI).

Thank you!!!

As you mentioned, I think the deadlines of the few programs that meet your requirements are over.

Yeah, that's what I thought. All of the programs I've seen have long passed application deadlines. Just thought there was maybe something I missed. Thanks, though!
