| How do I say this?
So here is the background: There is summer biology research camp that I REALLY want to go to. I applied got waitlisted then wrote a letter of interest and got in. During this whole time I was emailing the head lady back in forth. Now the problem is that due to some family issues I can't attend. I feel really bad for all the work I had to do and that, someone else could have got in.
So how should I tell her? Please help me.
