Sending SAT scores in for Summer Internship Applications

(This Pertains Next Year)
Internships like SIMR ask that you scan and upload your SAT scores (I and II [I mainly want to send my subject test scores]) along with your application. My question is, does it have to be an Official SAT Score Report, or can it be the unofficial full score report that can be printed off of the "My SAT Scores" section at collegeboard.com? I neglected to request a paper score report (which I assume is an official report), but I'm now worried that my scores won't count when I send in my application to SIMR next year because all I have is the online report. Also, do SAT scores really matter in internship applications or is it really the passion of the student for research and science that they look for (like many people say)?

I've sent screenshots and printouts of SAT scores, and I got into City of Hope, so you shouldn't have any problems with unofficial reports. I don't think most programs can receive official reports, anyway.

Scores typically don't matter much, once you're past a certain bar. Most applicants are going to score high anyway, so it's not a particularly useful discriminating factor. Your potential mentors and the admissions committee of these programs are probably going to be professional researchers who, quite frankly, really don't care about how well you performed one Saturday morning (assuming, of course, that you didn't completely fail the exams).

For SIMR I just screenshotted a score report showing my name and scores. I got in so it must've been fine. Best of luck!

Is it worth sending a bad SAT score or just withholding it?
