Summer programs for rising juniors interested in physics research?

COuld you list a few FREE (merit based) summer programs focused on math and physics (or just all sciences) for which rising juniors would be eligible? Thanks

International Summer School for Young Physicists (ISSYP). Its a two week residential program at the Perimeter Institute near Toronto. Completely free for Canadians, Internationals have to pay their transport to and from. It's an excellent program!

How prestigious and selective would you say ISSYP is? Any others that you can think of? Thanks.
