Good list, one small problem with it though: TASP is a humanities program, not an english program.

Don't forget about TASS, the sophomore TASP focused on African-American Studies.

And the Carleton Liberal Arts Experience, a sophomore program that introduces African-Americans to Carleton College. Free as well.

I think Canada/USA Mathcamp deserve the top spot in the math section. Alumni win USAMO, ISEF, Siemens on a yearly basis.

Is anyone aware of a sophomore program (the summer after sophomore year) in the humanities that is not geared towards URMs that would be worthy of making this list?

^I don't know of any, although it's worth noting that non-URMs have gotten into TASS.

TASS doesn't even ask applicants to specify race.

It is true that TASS admits non-minority students. The program specifies
Quote:
African American high school sophomores, high school sophomores from other historical minorities, as well as high school sophomores with an interest in African American studies are especially encouraged to apply.
It looks like a great program with a very in depth focus.

Interlochen is more fine arts than humanities, IIRC?
