I know of LEAD and LBW, but are there any others that are less competitive? (I'm not a minority)

My stats are definitely lacking, 3.55 freshman year (no honors fml) 3.85 sophomore year (2 honors) and a 3.95 so far junior year (most rigorous course load) I got a 210 on my PSAT

I only have one business related EC, but I am very dedicated to it.(CEO of a public company)
