Freshman stay at either Indian quad or State quad. I personally like state quad a lot better and recommend it. Some halls on indian smell like weed, and request a low rise NOT the tower. The tower has 21 floors and has two elevators that dont work very well and people do nasty stuff to them. The low rises only have 3 floors and are awesome. each hall has its own laundry room also which is nice. I am also on the first floor which is nice, but sometimes a bit noisy cause of people outside which is the only con. So in summary!: state quad, Low rise
