A friend of mine has a similar average around 85 and he got accepted just a few weeks back. His SAT score was above 1800 but less rigorous courses/ECs which you seem to make up with.
Seems to be like you would have a chance, only the SAT score would probably be the weakest part, since SUNYs are looking at that and GPA most.
I'm unsure of how competitive Albany is this year, since most SUNY schools are getting more applicants but both me and my friend got in, so I think you still have hope.
