what type of financial aid is available to In state students

Aside from Pell, Tap, SMART Grant, ASG and the like, are there any university grants?

Not specifically, no. Scholarships, but not grants.

My SOLAR page is telling me that accepting/declining my financial aid award is on my to-do list, but my award wont come up. I click on the link "Accept/decline financial aid" and it says "no matches found" but it won't let me search anything.

It is mid march tough... I think I read your post wrong. But at least it's not just my computer.

My financial aid has been up for the last day and a half, but the financial aid office's calendar says that they'll be out by Monday so, it's possible that not everyone has them, yet.

Keleso is correct. They get them up as quickly as they can.
