Search tool and forum ideas

Hello.
First off I'd like to say that I love the site, and that it has been very helpful!

A log out warning would be really nice. To be effective it couldn't be a pop up as most people have those blocked. A timer near the post entry portion would probably suffice.
A nearby schools filter would be very useful. For example if someone is looking to take liberal arts at a community college, and main course work at a larger school, they could sort, or partially sort, the larger schools by their distance to a community college fitting the description they enter. Another example could be a student seeking a religious education and technical education, or public and private etc.

Another nice feature would be the ability to give different majors varying levels of importance, and being able to search both 2 and 4 year majors.

In regards to "Party Scene", "Liberal-Learning School", "GLBT-Friendly", and "Greek Life" having "yes", "no" and some type of a "moderate" answer could be helpful. I believe a slide bar could be the best interface for this.

For the "Religious Schools" filter it would be nice to be able to not include specific types of religious schools in searches. For example a person brought up in an Evangelical home may not want Catholic, or Mormon, schools in the search.

Thanks lmatr65! A lot of great feedback there. Some we've discussed before and have been trying to figure out how best to present to the user in a simple way. Others, such as excluding certain religious affiliations, we hadn't considered, but sounds like a great idea. I'll add them to our list of ideas for SuperMatch. Thanks again!
