That's how I found it. They must have finally activate a re-direct from the old link to the new URL address.

The searchable archives are working again...at least back five years to 2003.

it looks great!! much easier to navigate.

i'm really surprised that they added a commenting feature. does anyone know if you NEED to enter an email address to comment? after all the jolt-anonymous commenting hubbub, i thought that the phoenix staff was generally opposed to adding an anonymous commenting feature. i really do think that commenting enhances the experience and provides a great forum for discussion (haven't you read an article on the phoenix and just wanted to jump in and reply?? but couldn't.), and that's been seen in the daily gazette. there's been some great debate within the comment sections. cool! i think this change is great.

The Gazette is now getting around 100 comments a week, which is pretty awesome in my (biased) opinion. I'm also a bit curious on their comments section—they made a big deal about attacking the Gazette based on anonymous comments and I'd heard that they weren't going to allow anonymous comments ... but couldn't people just post with fake names ... ?
