Swine flu has...

arrived on campus. My DD & one of her roommates have it (Barn) & another friend in Worth. Tell your kids to wash their hands! fyi, symptoms appear to be body aches, cough & temp up to 102.6 (so far)

Yup. They were lucky right up until this weekend, and now it seems to be everywhere. Hope your DD recovers quickly.

Well, their other two roomies, who are still unscathed, have been doing the fetching etc. I told DD that she will be recovered just in time to return the favor as they become sick also!

Sounds like a plan. I hope it works that way, and that the misery is very short-lived. (I mean, I don't hope their roommates get it, but it does seem inevitable, doesn't it.)

Yup. It's in Willets and Dana, as well. But people seem to be pretty good about observing quarantine when the health center tells them to, and everyone I know who has it (including myself) has had relatively mild symptoms, for a flu.
