Mays Honors is not a traditional Honors program you see like McCombs Honors or any other school. I have heard that its more like High School in which you are placed in Honors courses but are still in the same school as the regulars.

I think you are guaranteed into Mays Honors if you are top 10% and have a 1300 SAT and also if during 1st semester you get a 3.5 GPA.

Magicman is incorrect. His numbers are the requirements for University Honors. A student in University honors is eligible to take honors classe sin the business school, but to actually be admitted into Mays honors is extremely difficult. The average UGPA they want for people who dont get in the program directly out of high school is about 3.9. My 3.6 didn't even get me an interview.
