This is definitely the worst part haha. I am constantly refreshing the AIS page for step 5. For those admitted, how long did it take your AIS to change from 4 to 5?
Scratch that because I just got moved to step 5! Finally, I am a Fightin' Texas Aggie. For those of you still waiting, keep your head up and good luck! Thanks and Gig 'Em!
So I submitted my application earlier this month and the other day my first choice major got switched to General Studies. I now have a feeling that I am going to be denied admission :/ which would suck. I have a 3.4 GPA and 32 hours...what do yall think will happen?
houstonag, don't despair. It looks like your first choice has been turned down, but the switch means you are still under consideration for general studies, so it's not over yet.
jharris77, according to your other thread you applied to the Fall. Perhaps they have not started to review for the Fall semester yet? Call admissions and check. Also, make sure all your documents were received by checking AIS.
i checked my unofficial transcript like aggiewannabe had said earlier, and saw that my major has changed from my current Blinn TEAM major, however I am still on step 3. Does this mean that I am on my way to being accepted and they just have not updated AIS?
yeah I did too lorien, I just filled out what they told me too and I think we're set. Real convenient if you ask me, I was afraid I would have to do some long process...
I got a scholarship opportunity email from A&M on Friday too. I updated all the information... although I don't think my family qualifies for any need-based scholarships
