Recommendation for dorm for freshman

My daughter has been accepted to A&M and she is working on the housing application. She needs to list three dorms, any recommendation? She definitely wants private bathroom.
Thanks.

Drinking in Dorms

This post is for current A&M parents, students, and those students residing in the honors dorms. As a parent of a newly admitted freshman who has requested Lechner as a dorm, I would like to know what the drinking/party situation is like at A&M. I know UT has a rep for this sort of thing, but what about A&M? Is there much underage drinking on campus? Is there drinking going on in the dorms? Would a non-drinker feel uncomfortable because there is so much drinking? Are certain dorms considered "party" dorms? How is the drinking situation on campus handled by the administration? I look forward to your input!

Try and go for the Southside Modular Dorms. Eppright, Mosher, Underwood, and Rudder are good choices.
