does anyone know the rate of acceptance for an engineer major for transfer students for the spring semester?

If your scores are decent, then you should get in, especially since your a transfer. I got accepted fr spring 2010 for mechanical engineering, it's not a "come one, come all" school, but its definitely not as hard to get into a UT or A&M.

i am also transferring into mechanical engineer. how do you know if you are accepted?

well they should have an online thing where you can check, on your eRaider account or something like that, I never activated mine, but I saw my acceptance letter in the mail.

well i got my acceptance letter as well and it said "congratulations on your acceptance to texas tech university"

notice that it said only to the university and not the college of engineering...so i don't know if i got accepted into the program or not

how long did it take for them to get back with their acceptance decision? I just applied today and I'm wondering how long the decision process takes. Did the also award you any financial aid?
