So I have posted multiple times about transferring to the university of miami and really all I want to see is other people with stats like mine who have been accepted. So if you had a 3.5 or less and have made it into UM as a transfer or have seen stories of people who have please post it here.

My stats are as follows just to give you an idea of my situation.
3.4+ gpa
Great ECs
Will definitely have good recs

Applying for spring 2013 I know I have some time but I am a worrier.

You basically want someone to say "hey I had those stats and I got in you won't have a problem!"

Look, you have a chance...but you aren't guaranteed anything. you're just going to have to realize that and just wait until you get your decision.
Pestering people to give you stats will only make you more nervous as you know you're competing w transfer applicants who have a 4.0.
