Chance in transfering from a top 20 school to a top notch university?

I am currently a senior at an international school abroad,
who has just received all my admission decisions from colleges.
I was accepted to USC, WashU in st. louis, Emory, and Boston college, but
rejected by my dream colleges like Brown and Columbia.
I didn't have a high GPA: 3.82 GPA when I applied which became 3.89 after senior 1st semester,
because I had moved to my school in Sophomore year and screwed up that year a abit.
(but I got a 4.05 and 4.15 in my Junior and senior years)
SAT: 2300 composite (CR:730/MATH:790/W:780)
I would like the transfer in my Sophomore year to a top university like:

Columbia
Uchicago
duke
cornell
brown

if possible, and was wondering at which college of my 4 accepted colleges, I would
be most likely able to do so.
I know that universities are far beyond the level of difficulty of high schools, and that maintaining a 4.0 GPA
would be very difficult, but would applying from WashU with a decent GPA (3.8-3.9) be better than
applying from USC with a high GPA?

I would appreciate a thoughtful response, thank you
