Will AP Credits transfer?

I found out my ap scores today and I have a couple of 4's and 3's. I'm going to be attending a community college near my house for personal reasons. I plan to transfer out into a school like USC. However, I researched and found out that USC only accepts scores of 4 or 5. My community college accepts 3,4, or 5 so if i manage to fulfill all acceptable courses for transfer at my community college will they successfully transfer over to USC? for example, I got a 3 in Physics B and am able to fulfill the lab requirement at cc but will it be acceptable for credit when I transfer to USC?

I don't think they will transfer, unfortunately. Most likely you will have to send your AP scores in addition to your college transcript, and they will decide what credits to give you for the AP.
