Distressed, looking to transfer

I'm an Asian female student that just completed one year at Hunter College.
I have a low GPA - 3.35 and I want to transfer out! I really want to go to UNC Chapel Hill.
I might declare myself as a bio major, but I'm still not sure what I exactly want to do yet. I might want to apply to the School of Education with the biology major.

How hard is it to transfer to? I'm worried that I might not have the related prereq courses. Throughout my first year, I've practically ripped my hair out deciding what I want to study.

Classes I took:
Chemistry I -- C+ :'''''(
Calc I -- B
Psych101 -- A-
Expository Writing -- A
Essentials of Org. Chem -- B
Intro to Lit. -- B+
Human Development -- A+
Roman Civ. -- A

But I have other schools in mind--UW Madison and University of New Hampshire. (UNH --I'm impressed with their research oriented academics and outdoorsy attitude. Maybe I have a slight edge for being Asian although I'm OOS)
If I attend either of those, I want to major in biology and focus on medical microbiology and immunology.

I also look into in-state colleges in NY--either SUNY Buffalo or SUNY Geneseo.

What are my chances at all of these schools? Which school has the best chance for me?

Thanks

Low chances at UNC because of your GPA. But if you can get a 4.0 first semester of your sophomore year, it will help your chances.
