| Is there anyone here that transfered from an OOS college to a California University?
I know it's pretty impossible with the financial independence requirement, is there anyone here that has done it successfully? I live in a small island and the schools in my home state do not have good programs in my major, so I'm looking at moving to California but what I've been reading about moving to CA and establishing residency is pretty discouraging :/
