I'm trying to transfer to PSU next fall, and I'm wondering what my chances are. I'm a literature major, 3.2 GPA, will that look good enough if I'm coming from a CA community college? I also have quite a few W's...

Does anyone know anything about the transfer acceptance rate, also if there is priority for in-state versus out of state (CA)?

I don't know about your gpa and Ws, but I assume that PSU it's like UO and OSU in loving OOS students since they pay considerably higher tuition.
