Supplemental application form question.

Since SDSU requires a supplemental application I went to look at an example and there's a section for GE's etc. Basically my major is electrical engineering, I pretty much concentrated on my major pre-reqs and because of that I already have well over 60 units and I don't have much GE's like humanities/social sciences done but I have finished the Golden 4. Pretty much all of my transferable units come from math, physics, CS, chem, and a couple other GE's. Would this hurt my chance of getting in? Do I just leave the humanities/social science section blank? And do I have to finish the CSU GE for electrical engineering (high-unit major)?

Bah missed the edit time window:

(the questions in this thread are just general questions relating to CSU/UC)

Anyways, I also have another question. Will a slight drop/increase in my GPA really affect my chances if at all? Say it was at 3.04 and it dropped to 3.02 at the end of my spring term, will that affect anything at all (Assuming classes are still passed with C and better)?

What would happen if I had to drop a class and get a W in the fall 2012 term due to unforeseen circumstances but I finish the class in the following spring term?
