CC student transferring to Rutgers, please assess

I will be completing my AS in CRIMJ after this fall semester.

I have obtained a 4.0 up to 55 credits as of now.

I am in the Phi Theta Kappa honor society (enhanced member)

My questions are as follows:

1.Is there any chance i can obtain enough scholarship money to possibly cover tuition (if any at all?)

2. Would the transfer recommended essay hurt me if i chose not to write it?

3. Chances of making it into the honors program?

Thank you for your time and answers if you decide to post
