This is probably a dumb question but...

I am transferring out most likely in the Spring semester. By then I will only be 14 credits away from getting an associates degree. Can I transfer the credits I earn from my new school to CC and get my associates or no? Here's the only information my current school supplies... Almost surely not, because once you transfer out you won't be a student there any more. How can you be a degree candidate there if you won't be a student?

But I don't see why that matters. Assuming that you're transferring to a four-year college or a university, and that you intend to get a bachelor's degree there, an A.A. would be of no real consequence once you finish your B.A. or B.S.
