Tranfer from community college

Okay, I'm in quite a predicament. I graduate high school 4 years ago; I didn't have a good high school report card due to extenuating circumstances. Last Spring I started going to a junior college (community college). My first semester I took 14 credit hours to get back into the grove of things. In my summer semester, I took 25 credit hours. And, in the fall semester I took 28 credit hours. The majority of all my credit hours are transferable, but I have gotten 2 B's out of all my classes.
I am looking to transfer to a top tier school, if not an IVY League school --Cornell/Columbia. I was wondering if anyone had some input, or if anyone has recognized this pattern before.
