Transfer from community college

Okay, I'm in quite a predicament. I graduated from high school four years ago; I didn't have the greatest report card while I attended due to extenuating circumstances. I recently enrolled in a community college. This is my third semester if you include summer semesters. My first semester, I took 14 credit hours. My summer semester, I took 25 credit hours. And, my fall semester, I took 28 credit hours. I have acquired 2 B's throughout my career at junior college, and I want to transfer to a top tier school---preferably and IVY league. I do realize acceptance to these schools is very limited, and I shouldn't spend all my time on the "best" schools. I will, also, be applying to public universities with higher acceptance rate, too.
I was wondering if anyone had been through my curriculum before, or has any knowledge of someone else who had. If anyone has some pointers, or an opinion, I would appreciate reading what you have to say, or ask.

Ivy Leagues have a holistic approach with transfer applicants. They look at your high school transcript(gpa, ap scores, Sat scores and ECs) including your current CC transcript. Your chances are actually harder as a junior transfer. If you weren't a qualified candidate in high school, your chances are pretty much zero.

Go to your state flagship and make the best of the education, it saves money and you can arguably get an ivy education if you pounce on every opportunity.

I'd like to be at one of the coasts--preferably East. I'm from the Midwest.
