Transfer between CSU's

Hi. I have a 3.5 GPA from CC and am currently attending Long Beach State as a junior. My girlfriend is in San Diego and I miss living with her and seeing her every day, and it is kind of getting to me. Is there any possibility I can transfer from CSU-LB to SDSU?

Im a business major (Finance) atm if that makes any difference.

Did you go from a community college with 60+ units to CSULB and now after a bit you you want to transfer again to SDSU for your senior year?

Did it work?

I am considering making a similar move, did you ever transfer or was it too difficult of a process?
