Wait one more year ?

Hi every one,

I'm an international student in a CCC (Diablo Valey College NoCal), majoring business and I would like to know what should I do. It is my first semester here, and I don't feel so well in. I have good grade so far (probably 4.0).

I know that I can transfer to a private school (like USC or an OOS) for my sophomore year, but I would like to be sure that being in Marshall will not be the best thing I can transfer if I wait one more year and be able to transfer to an UC (Haas or LA, but I would prefer UCLA though) or also an other private university (let say NYU, Wharton, or MiamiU).
There is a gap between USC and UCLA or is it equivalent ?

Thanks for reading.

Hi, I am looking to transfer to. I am at MiamiU and I am planning to transfer to NYU, Wharton and some other schools. But, MiamiU is not a private school and regarding your question on if you should wait or not, the colleges you listed prefer you transfer earlier because gets harder to catch up when you wait.
