I'm currently looking to transfer from my current school for a number of reasons, all of which being rather personal factors. If possible, could you please help me out with either recommending colleges to which to apply or steps that can be taken? Thanks!

SAT: 2090 (CR: 720, M: 680, W: 690) (Surprisingly, the highest in my school's history)
SAT II: US History: 700, Chemistry: 660
GPA (UW): 3.80/3.75 (Not sure about this, but it's in this area)
Ranking: Top 5% (Class of 222 students)
Hooks: 1st Generation (Greek-American?)
Notes: Went to a public high school in Ohio where no one has attended a top out of state college. Time to change that.

Thank you! I honestly plan to apply to a wide selection of colleges (reaches to safeties), this being so that I really can ensure that I attend a different institution as well not cut myself off from the possibility of attending a college with a very strong philosophy program (which are nonetheless ranked highly in low acceptance rates). I've never really thought of going to a LAC but I'll definitely check them out.

First gen is at most a tip factor, and only for some colleges. Also, first gen refers to first generation in your family to attend college, not first generation in the US.

Oh, I know. Those are meant to be two separate points. I'm the first individual in my family to attend college.

You have super good stats, so you have a good chance at all of them. Your overall SAT might be a bit low, but your ec's are the hook in that one because they tip the scale in your favor!

Thanks! I should've also mentioned that I'm in my university's honors program and because of that, my first semester courses are considered "most rigorous".
