Two year plan for transferring as international student

OK, here’s the deal:
I am an international freshman student at the College of Business at the infamous party school Ohio University. I ended up here because it best fitted my budget, got me a modest scholarship of $67500 a year and because of a beautiful campus. However, my academic goals reach further than I think I can accomplish at Ohio University. That is why, although I am not sure if I am actually going do it, I want to look into transferring as soon as possible. I don’t know when and where (although I have a slight preference to a coast-state), and I do not have any specific majors I want to get at a specific university.

That is why I want to ask you guys as American (or also international) students, if you can give me some tips on a ‘two year plan’. Besides getting good grades, what can I do to stand out of the crowd? As said before, I want to start as early as possible. Even if I may not end up transferring, I think the elaboration of the plan will gain me valuable experiences.

I don’t know what university I want to transfer to, and moreover I am simply not familiar enough with the universities here. My brother currently studies at Princeton as an undergrad, and my goal is to a university that academically is my highest reach.

Some short information about myself:
Country of origin: the Netherlands
Reason of coming to the USA: flexible curriculum, becoming bilingual in Dutch/English, campus life, life-experience.
SAT (CR+math): 1200 (although I think this could be a lot higher now that I understand English better)
University: Ohio University, College of Business, class of 2016
Involvement: Club soccer, Global Leadership Program
Grades/GPA: Not yet, although now that I start to get used to English terms my grades are moving from B’s to A’s. I am planning on getting an A in every class by the end of the semester.

If you are reading this right now, even if you have a quick tip/comment, let me now. So far I noticed that American people are very helpful and I absolutely love my time here!

Thanks!
(Btw if you need more information let me know!)

Let me rephrase this, are there any students here who are or have been in the transfer process, who can give me some inside advice? Looking back on your period at your first university, what would you do (with the knowledge you have right now)?
