I am wondering is it too early to hear from colleges on transfer decisions? I read that decisions would be out mid October but I have not heard anything.

It depends on the school. Where did you apply? Assuming spring transfer app.? And did you get a confirmation email, or check status online, telling you that all application materials were received?

I applied to two schools in New England. All my materials are in and I have been given log in accounts at both schools stating all materials are in and I will hear a decision in mid October.
