Rutgers New Brunswick Fall 2013 Transfer

I am a full time student at Passaic County Community College in New Jersey and a NJ Resident, I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what are my chances of getting into Rutgers SAS New-Brunswick. I have 28 Credits so far getting 15 after this semester is over. I have a 3.3 GPA and I'm trying to raise it by the end of this semester. I have two withdrawals. I'm graduating with my associates degree in Psychology next May. What are my chances?

I am in the same boat as you except my gpa is a 3.5 and I am hoping to bring that up by the end of this fall. I am transferring from Bergen. I am almost finished with about 50 credits. I also wanted to know what are my chances?
