transfering after one year

I'm a freshmen at a local community college, and I want to transfer to a state university after my first year. I'll be done with all my general education courses, which I'm required to take to be a transfer student after next semester. I've applied and paid my application fee. I'm just wondering when should I send in my transcripts? Considering my grades for this semester won't be posted until December, and next semesters till may, I'm confused.

For admissions, you send them as soon as fall sem grades have been posted so that adcoms can evaluate them when making a decision. Then if accepted, you send them again in after spring grades have been posted to show that you passed your courses and to be used to determine transfer credits.
