No CS classes at CCC

So I'm trying to transfer to a UC, (UCB, UCLA, UCD, UCI) and the computer science courses at my Community College don't transfer.

In a year I'll have finished Calc 1,2,3 as well as Differential Equations and Linear Algebra. So those meet most of the math requirements for the schools I'm applying to, but I'll have about 4-5 computer science courses which will still be needed to meet the prerequisites.

My question is how much does this hurt my chances at getting into these schools? If all goes well in the next couple semesters, I should have a pretty high gpa (3.85-4.00).
