Reapplying?

Hello mates! I applied to University of Houston for fall 2012, but i did not get accepted all the way to the school i desired. So i held back to a Community college and try to bring my GPA up, so far plan has worked... But CLASSES HAVE JUST OPENED! I need to get in and get classes for UH... But should I reapply for spring 2013, or the fall 2012 application will be fine? Also how will I know my GPA in the end of this semester? since the semester is still going on..

IM IN A HUGE MESS! help please.

What is the deadline for the Spring 2013 application? Look it up...a lot have passed already. If you were denied, a new/stronger application may very well help you. They may also have you get a midterm report so that they can see what your current grades are. hope that helps a bit!
