cornell question

Ok, this is a huge hypothetical IF, but if I get into Cornell, what kind of financial aid package can I expect with an EFC of 0 as a 3rd year transfer? Any ideas? Really what I need to know is if they cover the full cost of attendance and the amount of loans that are typically offered in an academic year.
