jimmy242- while techinically, online courses are not transferrable, usc will look at each online class on a case by case basis. the thing is most ccc's don't list online classes as "online", so you may be able to transfer the class without usc ever knowing that you took an online class

Myth 2: Online courses do not transfer

DEPENDS: California public universities such as UC and CSU do not limit the type of delivery of the course, therefore, online courses will transfer. Private universities can limit transferability of online courses. Currently, USC will not accept online courses for foreign languages and science labs as meeting their general education requirements. Courses will still transfer. USD will not accept any online courses, however, it is not notated on our transcripts. If you are concerned, contact the university you wish to attend prior to enrolling in an online course.

No. You may submit the SUC application any time between now and February 1st.

p.s. The Nov.1-30 UC dealine is not 'priority' it's final and everyone has an equal chance, give they submit it on time.

Me?
I'm a prospective applicant, I don't go there 'YET' .But I have lots of friends there. Most of the ones that transferred, received a request for Spring grades June 1st for sure, and only one of them who had a 4.0 got the admission offer the same day. The ones that sent in their grades were finally notified July 1st.
