does an average student with good ec's have any chance at getting in Bard?

Getting into Bard seems pretty competitive...however....according to US NEWS RANKING only 180 applied for transfer admission out of which 21 were accepted...

Transfer Acceptance Rate: 12%

i think ..... it all depends upon the competitiveness of the group as a whole applying for admission.
