other than emails ivytransfer and blinktwice got, did any of you receive any kind of mail or email indicating that you would be receiving a decisions today?

an admissions rep I spoke with said about only 100 applicants (just conjecture but I think most if not all these people are the strong 1st batch acceptances) would be finding out today. I guess we'll find out in an hour or so if I was right.

forgot to mention (thought I guess it was kind of implied), the 100 applicants receiving decisions supposedly received an email or mail already, meaning they know theyre getting a decision.

I'm curious to know if ivytransfer and blinktwice get decisions, since they were the only ones here to receive any kind of email contact.

I called in a few days ago, they said they'd have decisions released the 16th, 28th, or 30th... or something like that. Anyway, I think they're going to email you when they have your decision.

yep admissions told me this. let's break it down here, over 2000 applicants and 100 get decisions, and this 10% is just "random"...c'mon. Pretty easy to connect the dots here, we are not in the 1st batch, implying we are either most likely going to be rejected (either directly or via an inconsequential waitlist). If you don't believe me look at previous year trends, majority of accepts came out in the beginning of decision season. At this point, I'm thinking pick your poison, swift or slow...

in any case, sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
