i believe the essays are supposed to be max 1 page, but my second one is 2 paragraphs over while my transfer one is about 3/4 of a page, both single spaced. i dont think its crucial and ~1000 should be right.
my commonapp essay came out to just over one page, single spaced and my Penn supplement was exactly a page...whatever, just write a good essay. If it's that good, I highly doubt that an extra paragraph or two will be detrimental to your chances
Yes, I heard that they get about 2,000 transfer apps and accept 200 (roughly).
All of my essays were about one page (give or take). Aside from the short answers, of course. Now I feel like I didn't write enough for the essays that came out to like, 3/4ths of a page...
How did most people deal with their college transcripts? Did they get an official copy and then mail it themselves? That's what I did, but now I worry that I should have done something different.
