Chill out guys, first off don't worry too much about dead lines and all that, they're just guidelines, doesn't mean they are not gonna look at your stuff even its a week late.
And remember that anything can be solved by calling them, like in my case they are willing to overlook things like not meeting the contingency.
When i saw that i did not meet the contingency, i was like well **** it, but my dad told me it wouldnt hurt to call and discuss it and lo, I'm going to usc.
So calm down, minor things are not going to affect your decision, and the folks at usc are more relaxed than you think
